SSN offers extensive Vanier Cup coverage

The Vanier Cup, the championship game in Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) football, will be front and centre on the Streaming Sports Network (SSN Canada) this week.
The news magazine show CIS Touchdown, hosted by veteran SSN commentator John Bower, will be on site in Quebec for all the festivities. On Thursday evening, CIS Touchdown will provide a recap of the awards gala including reaction from all the winners.
On Friday, CIS Touchdown will be at the coach-of-the-year banquet offering reaction from the winner and other personalities. And on Sunday, Bower and a group of analysts will breakdown the big game.
Also, this week on SSN, there will be special coverage from St. FX where the school will honour venerable men's basketball coach Steve Konchalski, who recently broke the record for CIS career coaching wins.
On Friday, CIS fans can watch as Konchalski is feted starting at 7:35 pm AT, ahead of the X-Men's game against Acadia. The game in just one of 25 contests that can be viewed live on SSN this week.
